About Me

I’m a licensed Master Esthetician with over 15 years of experience in advanced, results-driven skincare. My work blends clinical expertise with a restorative approach, creating treatments that support both skin health and overall well-being.

I began my career in San Francisco after obtaining my esthetician license in 2009, where I quickly discovered my passion for clinical skincare and helping clients achieve meaningful, lasting results.

In 2013, I joined one of the Bay Area’s most respected cosmetic dermatology practices, working alongside Dr. Kathleen Welsh as both a Medical Assistant and Esthetician. Over the next seven years, I performed advanced treatments including chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and customized facials, while assisting with a wide range of medical and cosmetic dermatologic procedures. This experience gave me a deep understanding of skin physiology and evidence-based treatment.

During the early days of the pandemic, after welcoming my second child, I began treating friends and family and rediscovered my love for the artistry of facial treatments. That experience ultimately led me to create Carrie Beyer Skin + Wellness—a space where clinical results and restorative care come together.

I later expanded my credentials by obtaining my Master Esthetician license, allowing me to offer more advanced corrective treatments and continue deepening my clinical skillset.

I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, which informs my holistic approach to skin health. I believe many skin concerns reflect deeper internal imbalances, and my goal is to help guide the skin back to a healthy, balanced state.

My treatments are designed to deliver results you can both see and feel—combining advanced skin therapies with a deeply restorative experience.

I live in Kirkland with my husband, our two young children, and our dog Theo. Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, staying active, and exploring the outdoors.
